ABOUT THE PROCESS
STEP ONE
Choose the product that best suits your need and proceed to the checkout to pay for your order. Make sure you include all the important delivery information!
STEP TWO
Once the order is placed, you are taken to the order confirmation page where you can upload your artwork to our system. Please name your files under the name you are ordering with (ie: JohnSmith_Book.pdf)
STEP THREE
Our Design Team will fully file-check your book, and will get everything set up ready for us to produce your FREE hard copy sample, sending it to you within 3 working days.
STEP FOUR
When you receive your hard copy sample, have a good look through it all to make sure you are happy with everything, and when you are ready to proceed, let us know!
STEP FIVE
We print the full run of your books, and send it directly to your delivery address with our trusted courier. We will supply you will the full tracking details, as well as keep your files on the system in case you need more!

You can upload your files to our system once you have placed your order - or via this link here.
We require a high resolution PDF, at the ordered size (A4, A5 or our Novel size (198mm x 129mm) in CMYK colour mode, in the running order (so front page as page 1, followed by the inners in the order they are read, followed by the back page)

Ordering a custom size is no problem at all - if you’re looking for something that isn’t A4, A5 or our Novel size, use our Bespoke Request contact form and you will be connected to a member of the team where you can discuss your requirements and receive a quote.

Once we receive your order and your files have been uploaded to our system, our Design team will take a look over them and pass these onto production.
We will look to dispatch your free hard copy proof within 3 working days of receiving the files.
